During two years of dedicated research, Arthur Becker specialized in minimizing hallucinations in Large Language Models (LLMs)—a key requirement for deploying AI in public administration. Previously, he led the Nisaba software project at Aktion Sodis e.V., where he gained leadership experience managing a team of seven. He is a scholar of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung), the Deutschlandstiftung Integration, and the START Foundation.

Vincent Nahn developed AI models at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology and multi-agent systems for AppTek. At the Y-Combinator startup Mercura, he focused on implementing AI-based voice agents. In addition to his professional experience, he was named to the Dean’s List for his academic performance and is supported by the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung). He currently leads the technical development of the MVP.
