Arthur Becker
CEO, Co-Founder
During two years of dedicated research, Arthur Becker specialized in minimizing hallucinations in Large Language Models (LLMs)—a key requirement for deploying AI in public administration. Previously, he led the Nisaba software project at Aktion Sodis e.V., where he gained leadership experience managing a team of seven. He is a scholar of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung), the Deutschlandstiftung Integration, and the START Foundation.

Vincent Nahn
CTO, Co-Founder
Vincent Nahn developed AI models at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology and multi-agent systems for AppTek. At the Y-Combinator startup Mercura, he focused on implementing AI-based voice agents. In addition to his professional experience, he was named to the Dean’s List for his academic performance and is supported by the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung). He currently leads the technical development of the MVP.

Matthias Garbers
CPO, Co-Founder
Matthias Garbers studied Computer Science at RWTH Aachen, where he wrote his thesis under Professor Wil van der Aalst, the founder of process mining. He then joined Bloomberg L.P. in London, building high-performance financial systems, before returning to Germany in 2026 to co-found F-Bureaucracy — bringing the engineering rigor needed to make administrative software scalable and reliable.
